Leadership and culture work for the longevity economy. Real conversations. Measurable outcomes across sectors, geographies, and organizational sizes.
Case Studies
Developed the first integrated wellness plan to prevent illness and promote healthy workplace practices, including a mentally healthy workplace strategy. NxKnowledge reviewed culture data and listened across employees, managers, executives, and union leaders, then translated gaps and strengths into a practical action framework. Also designed tools and delivered learning programs to build manager confidence in having tough conversations about mental health.
Supported a national leadership team responsible for a 1,600-person remote and mobile workforce. Coached the leader, interviewed team members, and facilitated an off-site teaming session focused on productive conversations where undiscussables were raised, assumptions challenged, and commitments made.
With leadership turnover and declining morale, NxKnowledge supported the CEO and executive team to define a "business as unusual" plan, surface assumptions and undiscussables, and build the capability for tough conversations. The work included candid interviews, a leadership retreat designed to build commitment, and ongoing leadership and cross-functional meetings and coaching.
Aligned culture with brand and customer-centric service in a Canadian branch of an international financial services organization. The engagement included an organizational culture snapshot and misalignment scan, facilitated executive strategy choices, team and executive coaching, leadership forums, action learning, and mechanisms to enable more candid conversations and accountability.
"Not theory. Real conversations in real rooms. Tools leaders use when stakes are high."NxKnowledge's Founding Principle
